Dear Ms. Bowman:
As per our phone conversation of January 10, 1989, this letter is
to formally request the removal of the Final Plat on the above
referenced project from the January 19, 1989, Planning and Zoning
meeting due to the lack of time for reviewing and approving the
Flood Study. It is our understanding that the Final Plat will be
on the February 16th Planning and Zoning agenda.
