Drive and S.H. 121, at the request of the Jackson-Shaw Company.

1. If sidewalks will not be constructed at this time, then a note needs to be provided on the plat
stating the following: "Sidewalks to be constructed by the property owner when deemed
necessary by City Engineer."
2. Provide a preliminary grading and drainage plan.
3. Easements need to be provided for proposed water meters and vaults.
4. Provide a 10'xl0' right of way coruer clip at Northpoint Drive and SH121.
