Rust Lichliter?Jameson (Rk/J) has been retained by TiE Freeport North Land II, Etd to design the
extension of Northpoint Drive to State Highway 121. As you know. this portion of the proposed
alignment is on property not owned by our client. The property owner has agreed, however, to
dedicate the right-of-way for Northpoint Drive at this time subject to certain conditions, including
that our client pay for survey and design of the road extension.
At this time, RL/J, on behalf of our client, is requesting the City.:s approval of the enclosed
schematic alignment. We will begin surveying and preparing right-of-way dedication documents
once we have received approval of the alignment schematic from the City of Coppell and TXDOT.
We would appreciate your response as soon as possible (preferably bv July 1.1996) as the further
successful development of Freeport North is dependent on a point of access to SH 121 at this
