We developed a proposed development scenario based on current market conditions and the surrounding land uses for your use in the analysis of the water distribution system in this area. The following represents this development scenario: 1. Hotel development a. Two hotels at 75 rooms each. b. 80,000 s.f. footprint and two stories for each totaling 320,000 s.f. of hotel. 2. Restaurant/retail development - 26,000 s.f. of building single story. 3. Office or office/showroom - warehouse - 75,000 - 100,000 s.f.
