Dear Mr. Parsons:
The following assessment represents the number of light units as established by T.U. Electric
for the Northlake Woodlands East No. 10 C Addition.
17 lights @ $360.00 per light- $6,120.00
Prior to the final acceptance of this project, a check in the amount of $6,120.00 should be made
payable to the City of Coppell and forwarded to Jennifer Armstrong, Finance Director, along
with a copy of the street light fee assessment list.
Please provide a copy of your paid receipt to our office so that we will be able to verify payment
of the required fees and assure a successful completion of this project.

2. Company agrem to imtall, own, operate and maintain ~aid ~treet lighlz in accordance with ~ ~treet lighting agree-
ment with customer. However, if C'~ or Developer faib to pay, on demand, the amount indicated above, thb ~upple-
mental agreement is automatically terminated.
3. All partita agree that Company will retain for il~ u~e and benefit the payment received hereunder in comideratlon of
~ obligation to imtall ~ d~et light~ and that Company at all llrnm ha~ title to, and complete owner~ip and

4. Company i~ not liable for Io~ or injury caumd by delay or failure to imtall the electric fi~litim neceumy to mrve
customer because of delay in mceivlng ~hipmer~ of required material, order~ or formal requmt~ of governmental
agencim, act~ of God or the public enemy, inevitable accident~, fire, explmion~, ~tn'km, rlot~, war, or any other cauzin
reasonably beyond ~,~,1 of Company. IfCompany i~ p~,nted from in~lalling ~uch electric facilitim by any ofthe
above causm, Company agrem to return to City or Developer, without interest, the entire amount of City or Developer's
