On page 13 of the storm sewer plan provide a drainage easement for section A-A. o Provide the e~isting sanitary sewer profile on Blue Jay to determine where the location of the proposed 8" water line on Mallard Drive intersects. A minimum of 2' is required between water and sanitary sewer crossings. ,~ On page 18 of the grading plans, you need to ensure that the water will not leave the alley and flow into the driveway for Lot 5 Block G and also for Lot 24 Block G. or Relocate the inlets or reconstruct the intersection of Alley "C" and Mallard Drive as referenced in the letter sent to you dated November 2, 1994. On page 19 of the grading plans, water will flow into the driveway for Lot 23. You may need an additional alley inlet adjacent to Lots 21/22. Show the sight distance easement at Bethel School Road and Skylark on the paving plans. On the drainage area map, show the Q's coming onto Bethel School Road from the side streets. ., ' On page 11 of the storm drainage plans, use the correct Q's for the drainage calculations. Also, show the hydraulic grade line in the pipe for line A-1. On the water and sewer plans, remove the note stating existing sewer connections for lots 13 through 15. Line "N" would not be necessary if the connections were already in place. ~ Provide a detailed offsite grading plan for Section A-A in the T.U. easement. 11. A density test is required in all fill areas exceeding 12". The standjtrd density required under all paving areas is 95 %. ....~-~. ." 12. "Provide a barricade plan with the next set of plans. There are various other minor comments throughout these plans. Once these comments have been addressed, the revised set of plans should be resubmitted to the City for review. If you should have any questions concerning these comments, please feel free to contact me at 393-1016. Sincerely, .,/3 .,,. . Atul Patel, Graduate Engineer
