RE: Grading Plans for Northlake Woodlands East Phase 10C
Dear Mr. Hovas:
The City of Coppell has received and reviewed the referenced plans and has the following comments
to offer:
1. On the drainage area map, use a time of concentration of 10 minutes with an intensity value
of 8.88.
2. Remove the paving plans from the plans to be approved for grading plans only.
3. Provide the letter of agreement between T.U. Electric and the developer regarding grading
in the T.U. easement.
4. On sheet 18 of the grading plans, the drainage area map does not conform with the grading
plan. Please ensure that the two plans match.
5. On sheet 19, the flow arrow is shown in the wrong direction for lot 26 Blk I.
There are various other minor comments throughout the plans. Once these comments have been
addressed, the marked up plans along with two revised sets of plans should be resubmitted to the
