The City of Coppell has received the referenced plans and has the following comments to offer:
13.
No parking along Bethel School Road. Erect signs on both sides of Bethel School Road
at 200' spacings.
14.
On the water and sewer plan, check with the City of Irving regarding the area shown on
the plans and the location of the new water transmission main and any service relocations.
Also, verify all existing services in the field.
There are various other minor comments throughout these plans. Once these comments have been
addressed, the revised set of plans should be resubmitted to the City for review. If you should
have any questions concerning these comments, please feel free to contact me at 393-1016.
Sincerely, ~z~~
