RE: Northlake Woodlands East No. 10 Phase C.
Dear Mr. Hovas:
It has been brought to our attention that there is standing water in the alley between Block H
Lots 16 and 17. Please perform the necessary surveying to determine any depressions in the
alley, and make arrangements to take corrective action during construction of alley "C" in
Northlake Woodlands East No. 10 Phase C. There is also a drainage concern at the
imersection of Mallard Drive and alley "C". Currently, the water flows east on Mallard
Drive and then roms south on the alley instead of continuing east on Mallard. In order to
pick up the flow upstream of the intersection, the proposed 6' curb inlets east of the
intersection may need to be relocated west of the intersection, or the intersection may need to
be rebuilt. Please include these changes in the next set of review plans.
