Please provide a check made payable to the City of Coppell in the amount of $ 61,380.00 and forward it to Mr. Alan Johnson, Acting Finance Director, along with a copy of the Fee Assessment List. Please provide our office a copy of the Engineer's Estimate or contract for this project so the construction inspection fee can be calculated. By providing a copy of your paid receipt to our office, it will help us to verify payment of the required fees and insure a successful beginning of this project. Development Fees Page 3 Park Fee For those developments having preliminary plat approval prior to June 23, 1992 the following assessment is determined: Residential Lots at $150.00 each = $ 1%~50 ~ Units (Multi family) at $75.00 each = $ 50% of the amount specified above shall be paid by the Developer; prior to Council approval of final plat. 50% remaining shall be paid by the Builder at such time as a building permit is issued. For those developments having preliminary plat approval after June 23, 1992 the following assessment is determined: Residential Lots at $350.00 each = $ Units (Multi-Family) at $350.00 each = $ 50% of the amount specified above shall be paid by the Developer prior to Council approval of final plat. 50% remaining shall be paid by the Builder at such time as a building permit is issued.
