Dear Mr. Patel:
With reference to your letter dated October 26, 1994, we are listing below the responses to the
Developmem Engineering commems:
We have provided a signed plat.
We have provided an access for Block D, Lot 21 to the alley on
the plat and a 20' drainage easement at the location shown on the
plans.
We have provided revisions to the Drainage Plans.
In accordance with the City of Coppell Subdivision Ordinance, all
intersection radii connecting local street to local street shows a
minimum of 25' radius.
General Comment.
We have provided on the plat access for Block D, Lot 21, to the
alley.

On Page 7 of the Paving Plans, we have shown the curb inlets and
sizes on Mallard Drive at the location shown on the plans.
On Page 8 of the Paving Plans, we have moved the inlet. ,
In accordance with the City of Coppell Subdivision Ordinance, we
have provided a 20' drainage easement on Page 11 of the Storm
Sewer Plan for Line "A".
We have constructed a minimum 21" lateral for inlets 10' wide or
greater.
We have provided a minimum 20' drainage easement for the 33"
RCP on Page 12 of the Storm Sewer Plan for Line "B". We have
also shown the sizes of the laterals and RCP for the Storm Sewer
along Blue Jay.
On Page 13 of the Storm Sewer Plan, we have labeled Lot 23,
shown the size of the laterals and RCP's and provided a drainage
easement for Section A-A.
On Page 15 of the Water and Sewer Plan, we have provided a
minimum 20' sanitary sewer easement for the 10" sewer line. We
have also provided a manhole at the end of the 8" sanitary sewer
line on Brant Circle and a 2" blowoff at the end of the water line
on Brant Circle.
General Comment.
On Page 17 of the Erosion Control Plan, we have installed silt
fences at the locations shown on the plans.
We have modified Drainage Plans for the proposed grading.
We have shown the flow arrows on the street and alleys of the
Grading Plans and also the locations of the inlets on the Grading
Plans.
