Discrepancies/comments:
Building "5"
1.) L shaped panels to concrete embed - 7" x 7" plate welds comply.
Note: One (1) panel has only one (1) angle each side due to no embed in panel. Connection to
panel and concrete is by concrete expansion bolts. Last t~vo (2) panels to create box not
installed at all locations.
2.) Column to panel - See detail 17/S3.02. Detail calls for all four (4) angles to have stiffeners but
due to location of panel embed, some only have a flat plate. Engineer of record should advise.
Building "4"
1.) L shaped panels to concrete - Connections incomplete.
2.) Tube steel column to panel - Detail 17/S3.02 - Detail calls for all four (4) angles to have stiffeners
but due to location of panel embed, some onlv have a flat plate. Engineer of record should
advise. One (1) flat plate missing.
Building "3"
1.) L shaped panels to concrete - Welds comply where original design was done, but work
incomplete at remedial SK-5 and SK-6 from Campbell & Associates.
2.) Tube steel column to panel - Same as building 5 and 4.
Building 2
1.) L shaped panels to concrete - Six (6) locations could not be inspected due to last two (2) panels
erected. Last two (2) panels not welded out. These are on the east side and north east comer.
Remedial SK-5 - Work incomplete. Remedial SK-6 - Welds comply.
2.) Tube steel column to panel - Same as building 5, 4 and 3.
