Services:' Structural steel inspection.
On this date, an HBC Engineering representative arrived at the above referenced
jobsite as scheduled for structural steel inspection. A visual inspection was
conducted on Building A as noted below.
Roof Level Framing, all areas:
1. Reinspection item, column anchor bolts, three (3)
locations were still found to be ngncompli~t .due
to missing or loose nuts. Locations were at column
line~'-B--2, C-6 a-~G- .~'"--
Roof Level Framing between lines A to D and 4 to 10 and
also between lines A.5 to L.5 and 1 to 4:
1. Metal deck installation
a. Side lap screws were determined to be compliant.
b. Puddle welds, twenty-seven (27) locations were
found to be noncompliant due to missing weld or
