On this date, an HBC Engineering representative arrived at the above referenced
jobsite as scheduled for structural steel inspection. A visual inspection was
conducted on Building B, Roof Level Framing as noted below.
Between lines G to M and 1 to 5, metal deck
installation, puddle welds and side lap screws
were determined to be compliant.
Between lines H.5 to M and 5 to 11.5, metal deck
installation
a. Side lap screws were determined to be compliant.
b. Puddle welds, eight (8) noncompliant locations
were found throughout this area. Locations were
marked with an orange paint spot.
