Services: Structural steel inspection.
On this date, an HBC Engineering representative arrived at the above referenced
jobsite as scheduled for structural steel inspection. A visual inspection was
conducted on Building B, Roof Level Framing between lines A to D.5 and 5 to 11.5
as noted below.
1. Column anchor bolts were determined to be compliant.
2. Bolted connections were determined to be compliant.
3. Joist and girder seat welds were determined to be
compliant.
4. -Joist bridging was determined to be compliant with
an exception at the en~-~, line 11.~ not
attac~.
5. Joist seat fix was now in progress at line D.5-5, need
engineer approval~
Perimeter metal deck support angle was determined to be
compliant.

Services: Structural steel inspection.
On this date, an HBC Engineering representative arrived at the above referenced
jobsite as scheduled for structural steel inspection. A visual inspection was
conducted on Building B, Roof Level Framing as noted below.
Reinspection, between lines A to D.5 and 5 to 11.5:
1. Column anchor bolts were now determined to be compliant.
2. Joist bridging attachments to end walls were now determined to
be compliant.
3. Joist seat field fix at line D.5-5 was now determined to be
compliant.
Between lines A to M and 1 to 4 and lines H.5 to M and 5 to 11.5:
1. Column anchor bolts were determined to be compliant.
2. Joist and girder seat welds were determined to be compliant.
3. Joist bridging was not complete.
4. Girder moment connection strap plate welds were determined to
be compliant.
Bolted connections were determined to be compliant.
