On this date, an HBC Engineering technician arrived at the above referenced
jobsite as scheduled for drilled belled pier inspection. See attached sheets for
recorded data.
NOTE:
Piers J.7/11.5 and J.3/11.5, were drilled from existing subgrade
that had been excavated 4.5 feet below finished floor.
Piers E.3/1, A/6.7, A.3/3.9, A.3/0.8 and AA/3.9 depths were adjusted
to stay above water table.
Technician Time: 6:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
