Reference Plans or Notes Used: J Sheets S1.03 and S3.01.
List Deviations Noted: J 1 ) Chairs missing under # 3 bars.
2) 1 # 5 continuous bar at grid 18 between grids C and
D are missing.
3) Leaveouts at lines B-12, D-13, B-13.57 B-16.5, B-17,
B-18, B.3-18, D.7, D-18, D-17, D-16.5, D-13.5 and
D-12. 4 # 3 bars were placed instead of 4 # 5 by 5'-0"
bars as shown on plans.
J Comments: J Chairs to be placed after laser screen is set up.
The noted deviations were reported to: Superintendent
