This should be a common driveway with Lot 8. 4) Driveway spacing must meet Subdivision Ordinance requirements. (minimum 100' based on 35 mph speed limit) 5) Show the scale of the drawing. 6) Show dimensions of the left turn lane. Landscave Plan 1) Show the 5' sidewalk required, brick paver bands and visibility sight triangle easements at all ingress/egress points. 2) The plan must be stamped by a licensed landscape architect. 3) Irrigation plans are required.
