Box 478 opp ll, ex.s s0,9 Re: Papa John's Pizza Mr. Griffin; The City of Coppell standard construction details and specifications require that all concrete pavement (public and private) to be reinforced concrete pavement on 6" lime stabilized subgrade. The minimum compressive strength at 28 days required for the concrete pavement is 3000 psi. We respectfully request that higher strength concrete (having a minimum compressive strength at 28 days of 4000 psi) be used with no lime stabilized subgrade. All concrete paving in the drive approaches and the firelanes shall have a minimum thickness of 6 (six) inches, and all other pavement shall have a minimum thickness of 5 (five) inches. All steel reinforcing will be in accordance to City of Coppell standards and specifications.
