Mr. Martin:
The civil development plans for the above referenced project have revised in accordance
to the comments outlined in your letter dated November 18, 1996. The specific changes
to the plans corresponding to each of the comments are summarized below.

2. Double 4" white reflective buttons at 30" on centers
were noted.
3. No plan change required.
4. The median nose was not revised.
5. A note was added to the plans requiring the contractor
to notify Dennis Slayton.
6. A note requiring the school zone bar to be extended
was added to the plans.
7. The curb along the north side was added.

16. A stabilized construction entrance was added to the

17. Erosion protection measures were added to the
headwall with the restricted outlet.
18. A double detector check was added to the irrigation
service.
19. An off-site map was not added to the plans.
20. The bore under MacArthur Blvd. was deleted from the
plans.
21. A 6 inch water line was stubbed out to the north
property line.

22. A 100 lb. grease trap was added at the rear of the
building.
23. A manhole was added at the connection of the sewer
service and the sewer main.
24. A sampling device will be incorporated into the
manhole.
25. The landscaping and irrigation plans have been
removed from the civil plan set.
Please review the revised plans and notify me of any further changes. The developer
needs to obtain a building permit as soon as possible.
