RE: Walk thru for Papa John's Pizza
A walk-thru on the above referenced project was conducted on April 29, 1997
and the items below were found to be deficient.
1. Need threaded fittings between meter & double check (Irrigation Meter)
2. Need test results on double check valve.
3. Need to move large center from over top of grease trap so I can inspect.
4. Can over double check should be metal SSA not plastic. (replace can)
