been scheduled for Thursday, September 21, 1995 at 2:00 p.m., in Meeting Room Three, at the
Coppell Library, 177 Heartz Road.
Please notify the franchised utility companies, contractors, sub-contractors, testing lab and any
other interested parties so that they may have a representative present.
