RE: Gateway Business Park replat of Block 2
Dear Mr. Giannopoulos:
This letter is written as a follow-up to our June 13. 1995 telephone conversation in which we
discussed the drainage easement across a part of Gateway Business Park to allow for the
development of Park 'N Fly. Both Park 'N Fly and Gateway Business Park plats have not been
processed pending the resolution of this drainage easement. To make sure there is no
misunderstanding, because the replat of Block 2. Gateway Business Park abandons a right-of-
way that was to be used for the discharge of drainage for Park 'N Fly. the replat cannot be
processed for filing with the County until such time as the requested drainage easement has been
provided to the City of Coppell.
