As p~t of Park 'N Fly's negotiation with Catel]us for a temporary drainage easement, Catellus has
requested that the two storm sewer lines discharging onlo Iheir property be constructed without terminal
headwalls. ~eir thinking is that due to the temporary natm-c of these headwalls, the cost for their initial
installation, as well as their future removal, would be saved.
Please consider this request and let me know your response. Attached are construction plans showing the
cu~ent design.
