The City of Coppell has received and reviewed the referenced plans and has the following comments to
offer:
1. Provide erosion control at both storm sewer outfal', locations. Also, temporary easements are
needed for grading outside of property line.
2. Provide paving plans showing driveway approach radius and brick paver detail.
3. Show proposed underground electrical conduit in all paving areas.
4. Show location of storm sewer on the utility plans.
5. Provide sanitary sewer service to maintenance building.
6. Add additional island and trees as indicated on Landscaping Plan Sheet P-1.
7. Denote height and type of fence proposed around perimeter of parking lot. Also, provide any
necessary details.
8. Construction plans will not be approved until an agreement between Park N' Fly and Catellus
Properties have been made regarding the right-of-way of Southwestern Blvd. and the discharge
of drainage onto Catellus property.
There are various other minor comments throughout these plans. Once these comments have been
addressed, the revised set of plans should be resubmitted to the City of review. If you should have any
