RE: Walk thru for Old Coppell Estates
A walk-thru on the above referenced project was conducted on 12/15/95
and the items below were found to be deficient.
1. Lot # 10 east entrance - no water to service.
2. All fire hydrants need blue bottom on street.
3. Fire hydrant on culd-de-sac leaking at bottom flange.
4. Lot 2 east side of road - replace meter yoke.
