GDI & Associates, Inc. 555 Republic Drive., Suite 201 Piano, Texas 75074 RE: Old Coppell Estates Construction Plans Dear Mr. Dietz: The City of Coppell has received and reviewed the referenced plans and has the following comments to offer: 1. Provide 8 foot wide brick paver band at streets intersecting Bethel Road. 2. Provide detail for asphalt transition. Need 6" stabilized subgrade, 4" Type B hot mix and 2" Type D hot mix. 3. ADA ramps need to be constructed at all street intersections by the developer. 4. The radius dimensions for right-of-way for Hunterwood Court paving detail is shown incorrectly. 5. As per a discussion approximately 2 months ago, you stated that you would provide information regarding possible floodplain on Lots 18 & 19, Block 1. 6. Temporary easements may be needed to grade to drain at all storm sewer outfalls. Also, provide permanent erosion control at all outfall structures. 7. Please provide 45 degree bends in water line as indicated on water line layout (Sheet 7). There are various other minor comments throughout the plans. Once these comments have been addressed, the revised set of plans should be resubmitted to the City for review.
