RE: Walk-thru One Twenty One Business Park 3/15/00
1. Southwest side of building, 12" water main valve needs to be 20' from plug.
2. Mnnhole southwest of building needs to be raised to curb height.
3. Mark all MLV and service lines in blue on curb.
4. Mark ali F.H. & F.H.V. in red on curb.
5. Fill dirt around valve stack on west side of building.
6. Same valve needs 3' extn. in valve stack.
7. Vault nee&q aH bah valve plugs and paperwork on DC on all vaults.
8. F.1:I. needs 3' extn. on northwest of building.
9. All meters need paperwork for backflow and plugs in DC.
10. Four domestic meters need bypass setters.
11. Water leak on 2" meter-domestic.
12. Paint all F.H. on City main yellow.
13. Paint all F.H. on building fu~e line red.
14. Move meter can to 2' off curb.
15. Put dirt in hole across street from northwest corner.
16. Raise manhole on 2-way CO next to City sewer manhole.
17. Second F.H, needs pad.
18. Cl,~n all meter cans and backflow boxes.
19. Second manhole on building side covered - cannot inspect.
20. Raise service can on water lines not in service to curb height.
21. Fourt~ I~.H. needs new lid and pad and reset valve stack.

22. Vault on northeast corner needs dirt off back ~Ide for drainage.
23. Private manhole on east side of buUding needs rain pan.
24. Locate City manhole on east side of building.
25. Mark all manhole~ on curb in red.
26. Southeast of building needs new meter can.
27. Valve stack needs work at building No. 3 in drive.
28. Valve needs extn. at opening Building 2 & 3 F.H. valve.
