Enclosed please find a check to the City of Coppell for $66,314.86 which represents the total impact fees
(roadway, water, fire, ctc.) due to the City of Coppell for the 121 Business Park. These fees represent the
total fees calculated by Mike Martin in your office of $241,314.86 less the agreed upon offset of S175.000
which we discussed.
