Dear Mr. Martin,
In response to the City of Coppell's comments on the One Twenty One Business
Park, Lots 1 & 2, Phase 1, Block 1 project, Halff Associates offers the following:
1. Noted on plans
2. Retaining wall will be constructed as a part of this project. It is being designed by
others, so a note was put on our plans to see architectural/structural plans for design.

4. Detail for enhanced paving to be provided by architect. Note on plans to see
architectural drawings.

manhole near the north property of the site and is included in the Public
Improvements Package on sheet RD-4.
