Halff Associates, Inc. would like to submit an alternative pipe material for a
private storm sewer for Lot 2, Block 1 of the One Twenty One Business Park. For one
12" pipe draining a court yard area between buildings, the alternative pipe material is
PVC in lieu of reinforced concrete pipe as shown in Appendix C of the City of Coppell
Subdivision Ordinance.
