Dear Mr. Martin,
In response to the City of Coppell's comments on the One Twenty One Business
Park, Northwestern Dr. project, Halff Associates offers the following:
1. Noted on plans
2. The driveway off of Northwestern Dr. will be done by the same contractor who
constructs Northwestern Dr. Which portion is constructed first is only a matter of
construction sequencing.

7. All water lines are in compliance on the minimum 42" of cover requirement.
8. The portion of lot 1 (Drainage areas A- 1 and A-2) draining toward S. H. 121 will be
picked up in the City of Coppell storm sewer system within a 15' easement.
Therefore, TxDOT approval will not be necessary.
9. The off-site drainage to the south of the property is draining to the southeast as
indicated on the plans.
