Placement of fence across flume in Park Meadows Section One

The Engineering Department has reviewed a sketch of the fence Mr. Paul Holmes wishes to
construct across an existing concrete overflow drainage flume located between Lots 20 and 21,
Block 1 of Park Meadows Section One. The fence is to be wrought iron and will have a gate
placed in the flume (see exhibi0. We have determined that the placement of the gate would not
affect the operation of the flume. Also, Rey Gonzales, Street Superintendent, was contacted and
has indicated that he had no problem with this fence.
Therefore, the Engineering Department has no objections to the placement of the proposed
