Box 478 Coppell, Texas 75019-4409 Dear Mr. Martin, Based on prior discussion and correspondence with your office, the existing 8" sanitary sewer main along the east property line of Lot 2, Phase 1. Block 1, of the One Twenty One Business Park is to be upgraded to a Iff' main as required by the city Master Utility Plan. As indicated on the attached exhibit, the existing main does not meet the TNRCC minimum slope requirement of 0.25% for a 10' main. It is our opinion that a localized replacement will not benefit the city or our client, and that this section of the main should be part of upgrading a larger portion of the system. We request that replacement of the 8" main within Lot 2 not be a requirement for development of this site.
