As standard development procedures in the City of Coppell, it is
required that all property shorn on the Flood Plain Naps as bein$ in the
Flood Plain, be removed from that Flood Plain by sub~tting engineering
data, to the Federal Emergency Nanagement Agency for their raviee and
approval, no developments are allowed to be constructed until approval
is obtained,
This procedure vas used in the platting and construction of Park Neadows
~dition - Phase [ and II. This development is no longer in the flood
plain as indicated on the FENAmaps. These maps w~ll be changed by FE~A
at the time of their next map revisions.
