Dear Mr. Wise:
A final inspection of the above referenced project has been
confirmed by representatives of Ginn, Inc., M.U.D. %1, and the
City of Coppell.
Paving and utilities have been verified and are in compliance
with the City of Coppell standard requirements. Commitments to
the landscape-streetscape ordinances need to be addressed within
the.phase of home building.
The one-year maintenance bonds and as-built drawings have been
received from both contractors. Maturity on the bonds will be
one year from the date of this letter (10-14-86). On behalf of
the City of Coppell, acknowledgement of acceptance and the
release of building permits is effective as of this date.
