ST9704-CS 970924 SUMMARY OF STREET IMPROVEMENTS
FOR SECONDARY ACCESS TO COPPELL HIGH SCHOOL
1. The City of Coppelt shall be responsible for sixty percent (60%) of the cost of the
installation of the street from the edge of the Sonic property to the Coppell Independent
School District (CISD) property. The CISD shall be responsible for all costs associated
once the street enters school property.
2. Both the City of Coppell and the CISD will be reimbursed if development occurs to the
south of this street in accordance with development agreements to be entered into by the
City.
3. The CISD will use contractors presen~y committed to School District projects to
complete said work, and the City of Coppelt shall be responsible for the design of said
sweet. Design coordination will be handled by the City of Coppelt Engineering
Department and CISD in order to ensure minimum interruption for CISD activities, as
well as the removal of any trees from CISD property.
