On behalf of our client, Centex Real Estate Corporation, we would like permission to begin clearing and
grubbing operations at the above referenced project. Although plans have been sUbmitted for the City's
review, they have not yet been approved. We understand that anything we do is therefore subject to
change by virtue of the review process, and we agree to accept this risk. We also agree that the
contractor and/or the owner will be responsible for any damage done to public or private facilities due to
this activity. .
Enclosed is a print of the preliminary plat for the project.
