Dear Mr. Davis:
Thank you for taking the time to meet with me on Friday
concerning the start of excavation for the Oakbend Addition
in Coppell. We understand that the work being done on the
site is at our own risk and that changes of grading due to
final review of the engineering plans by the city will be
our responsibility.
As I have mentioned previously, Maxim Engineers will be
providing soils testing for the project. Copies of the
reports will be forwarded to both you and Dale Jackson at
Building Inspection.
