DRAINAGE PLANS:
Drainage area map has been marked to indicate required
changes in drainage systems.
Line "A" on Sheet 17/26 shows flow line to flow line
connection at pipe size change from 48" to 30". Crown to
Crown connection required. The downstream profile must be
extended to show relationship of existing ditch and roadway
to proposed storm sewer outfall. An offsite channel may be
required.
Indicate pipe size, location of special headwall detail add
erosion con~rol measures a~ headwall toe as marked on Sheet
18/26.

Sheet 19/26 - Flumes are not allowed for drainage of Post
Oak Drive and Beale Lane cul-de-sacs. Revise plans to
incorporate enclosed systems. Concrete encasement of
sanitary sewer line crossing beneath Line "F" at Station
2+17± will be required. Also show rip rap at Line "F"
outfall.
Sheet 20/26 - Concrete encasement required on sanitary
sewer line at Station 3+72± Line "H". Hydraulic
calculations for Line "H" 21" at 8.00% must be shown. Also
indicate erosion control measures at Line "H" outfall.
WATER AND SEWER PLANS:
1. Sheet 21/25 - Water line valves must be located as marked.
Sheets 22 and 23/26 - Concrete encasement of sanitary sewer
lines is required as shown for all water and storm sewer
crossings with less than 9' vertical separation as marked.
