Dear Mike,
The purpose of this letter is to notify you that the City Council will
consider an amendment to the site plan for Case #PD-109, which would
change the zoning designation from (LI) Light Industrial, to (PD-SF-9)
Planned Development Single Family-9. This meeting is scheduled for
Tuesday, July 24, 1990, at 7:00 p.m. A representative must be present at
this meeting.
Although we have previously discussed the payment of fees, through
telephone conversations, please allow this letter to serve as formal
notice of the fees which are currently due. Our records indicate that the
following fees should be paid.
Water Availability
$660 per unit X 138 units
$91,080
Sewer Availability
$424 per unit X 138 units
$58,512
Initial Construction Permit Deposit
An amount equal to 100% of the
final plat application fee =
$ 3,260
Park Fund Fee
$75 X 138 lots
: $10,350
(An additional $10,350 will be required at the time of
building permit.)
If you have any questions regarding the City Council agenda items, please
let me know. If the above mentioned fees have been paid, please assist me
in bringing the file up to date by sending me the receipt numbers for the
payment of fees.
