Dear Larry,
We have mistakenly unloaded 2400' of 8" DR-14 and 200' of 6"
DR-14 on a City of Dallas job that requires Class 52 ductile
iron pipe. This is new pi. pe just unloaded on 7/30/90 and
manufactured by Extrusion Technologies Inc. and sold to us by
Industrial International Inc. It is white in color and we
hereby request permission to use ~is pipe on Oakbend
Addition ~% Coppell. We will place blue mark%ng tape marked
"water" along the length of the pipe. We would certainly
appreci~ate youm- positive response to this request as we hate
to make ~%e supplier take this pipe back to h].s inventory and
us pay a restocking charge.
