Attached are two complete sets of plans, Including the approved water and sewer plans, along with your
mark-ups. In addition to addressing your comments with these revisions, we offer the following conT-
merits:
1. The plans for State Road are being prepared and will be submitted when complete. We
continue to request that those plans be treated as a separate project as far as the review
process is concerned, since the State Road improvements have no effect on Oakbe_.~_~d.,__.~
2. Regarding the comment for an alternative to the open channel, after much consideration
we have determined that there is no economically reasonable alternative.
3. Regarding the request for off-site drainage details on the Malzahn property, we aren't
planning improvements on this property.
4. Regarding the request for permission to drain on the Malzahn property, we will try to
obtain this, We maintain, however, that since this is an existing creek, such permission
is not necessary,
5. Regarding development fees, please let us know what they are and we will pay them,
Please let me know when you are ready for plans for stamping. At that point, I will stamp and sign the
plans and include the Standard City Detail Sheets.
