Please allow this letter to serve as official
notification that the streets of the referenced project
will be public right of way upon final acceptance by the
City of Coppell.
We have been informed by the L.H. Lacy Company that the
plant site they have requested is contiguous to this
proposed right of way and therefore they have requested
exemption from public notice.
