Dear Mr. Murray:
A Notice to Proceed with water and storm drainage improvements
for this project was given by the City of Coppell and Coppell
M.U.D. No. 1 on October 25, 1990, with the exception of Storm
Sewer Line "C". The acceptance of Line "C" is dependent on
approval of State Road paving and drainage improvements, which.
are to be finalized no later than November 20. Installation of
underground sanitary sewer improvements is now substantially
complete.
Therefore, in accordance with the agreement, the contract time
began on October 25, and the work should be substantially
complete, ready for a paving contractor to move on-site within
45 calendar days, or no later than December 8, 1990. -~
