Dear Shohre:
This letter is a request for the City of Coppell to allow
construction of storm sewer line "C" for the above referenced
project. I have met with Ginn, Inc. to discuss the situation and
they have agreed in principal that the disposition of the
drainage channel fronting lot 52 in the western portion of the
project will not have a major effect on the location of this
storm sewer.
Centex Real Estate Corporation will accept responsibility
for adjustments to this storm sewer if the final configuration of
the drainage system on lot 52 changes the required outfall of
line "C". It is important that this system be released for
construction immediately so that no further delay occur to the
uitlity contractor on site and so that all items that constitiute
the contract with the Coppell M.U.D. #1 have been released.
