Dear Ms. Daneshmand:
Pursuant to recent conversations with Mr. Larry Davis and Mr.
Derek Earle (Centex) regarding the above referenced subject, we
offer the following.
In our opinion, we see no reason not to allow Line "C" of the
storm drainage part of Oakbend Addition to be built at this time,
provided all other aspects of the Oakbend Addition plans have
been reviewed and approved. The proposed channel near lot 52,
whether left in its natural state or constructed per city
standards; or, if a continuous box culvert is required, should
have no effect on the Line "C" outfall.
We would have no objections, based upon our review of the plans,
to allow the construction of Line "C" storm drainage. Whenever a
decision is made on the disposition of the channel in the
vicinity of lot 52 and Beal Lane cul-de-sac, then modifications
of the outfall may have to be made. We would think the
owner/engineer are aware of this possibility.
