Dear Ms. Daneshmand:
We have reviewed the above referenced plans for general
conformance to the city of Coppell ordinances and standards. The
following sets forth our comments.
1. Provide engineer's seal/signature on plans.
Address construction of west (southbound) lanes of State
Road or escrow money as per Subdivision Ordinance.

Construct longer transition at Thweatt Road and south end of
State Road.
At Station 5+00, provide access to Lacy property along east
side of State Road.

Regarding inlet at Station 8+20 - Why not locate in "low"
spot of road? Is 10' inlet adequate to accept proposed
runoff? Please address.
Does 6' inlet at Station 12+05, located in sag, have enough
capacity to carry runoff?

Please address siqnage, channelization buttons and
barricades in vicinity of the transitions to new State Road
from the existing pavement.
Show 100 year design flood inundation line in vicinity of
proposed channel.
Please address advantages/disadvantages of proposed channel
vs. enclosed underground storm drainage system 'in vicinity
of Station 12+50.
Provide paving details for State Road pavemen~

Include Sheet 16/26 of Oakbend Addition indiCating drainage
areas and data for reference.

On upper end of Line "A" storm drainage lateral, is drainage
easement required?

On box culvert and pilot channel details, please indicate:
concrete reinforcing details, 100 year water surface
elevation and box culvert details. · ·
14.
Do not recommend carrier pipe be placed through box culvert.
Is there another way to service lot 52? Please address.
15. Show elevations on proposed channel.
16.
Channel slope section should be 6" minimum as per standard
details.
Other than the above stated items, we have no further objections
to the plans as submitted. Should you have any questions or need
