RE: Oakbend Addition (Early Start)
Mr. Derek Earle representing Centex Homes (Fox & Jacobs) is requesting
release of Lots 2 and 3 of Block A (Branchwood Trail) Oakbend Addition so
that Model home construction can begin. (See Attached)
It is my recommendation that the request be granted after all punch list
items related to the utility and paving construction in the request area
have been completed according to City of Coppell standards.
