Mr. Derek Earle representing Centex Homes (Fox & Jacobs) is
requesting release of Lots 2 & 3 of Block A (Branchwood Trail)
Lots 43 through 58, Block A (Beal Lane). (See Attached)
Mr. Earle is requesting a walk-thru and punch list related to
the installation of the utilities and paving in the proposed
model home construction area.
The requested walk-thru time and date is Thursday, April 18, 1991
at 1:00 p.m.

permit prior to final Clty acceptance of the subdivision
improvements:
